23 months today

I am 23 months today. Baba suggested that we go to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. So here we are. I got this pretty Dora as a gift.
I hadn't been eating well for more than a month, and finally I started to eat regular meals last week. I have a good appetite today. The pork rib is my favorite.

Saturday

I am feeling under the weather today. So I decided to play at home. Mixiao had fun in my playroom, too. He was chasing an Easter egg and got stuck in the middle of my toys. I did some reading, too. This is usually the way I read books.
I got better after my nap. So we went to the Chinese church for dinner. There is a New Year party in the evening. I played for a while before dinner.
I met my friend Lily. I haven't seen her for a month. She is such a pretty little girl!

Valentines' Day cake

We were too busy to celebrate Valentines' Day on Thursday. But mama made us a cake on Friday.

I got dozens of cards, candies and chocolates from my friends in daycare. Thanks you!

Children's museum

I visit the Children's museum once every month (family evening). Today, there were a lot of new activities going on there! I was given a toothbrush by a dentist when playing because they caught me eating a V's day candy. My mama got to finish the rest of the candy for me.

And then, I climbed onto this big truck all by myself.Cooking in the little kitchen is another of my favorite activities. I made a vegetable soup, prepared some bread and baked cupcakes...
Since it was warm today, I was allowed to play with water.

the piano is finally working, after 3 months.I also did some crafting today. Here is my very first self-decorated photobook. Take a close look. Isn't it pretty? My baba helped me with my name though.

Sunday at the Zoo

I am sick for another week, and I felt much better today. Baba and mama took me to the zoo for a visit. First, we feed the birds.

They really love my baba. Mama koala and baby koala-- so sweet. The big "monkeys"-- I wasn't sure whether I like them or not.

Taking care of Mixiao

One day in the afternoon, Mixiao was sleeping without a pillow or any blankets. I went to my bed, took my own pillow and generously gave it to Mixiao.

Then I found that he didn't have a quilt either. So I covered him with my own quilt.
Now he was warm and comfort, but he never fell asleep again :)
