Kids Day of Lexington

We learned about Kids Day of Lexington from 89.7 WMHK, the radio station we listen to everyday in the car for 1.5 hours. See, we live in Richland county, but we are very close to the boundary of the two counties. If we go to any stores on Sundays, we always need to think about whether the store is in Richand or Lexington, because they have very different hours of operation.

Anyway, I debated whether to go to the Kids Day, since it's in downtown Lexington and it's a good 10 mile drive from home. It was a beautiful day so off went.

After we got there, in a few minutes, I was sure we will come here every year:) It is like paredise for kids: food, drink, game, shows, balloons, mascots, playground, fire truck, etc. Heidi was a little nervous at first, not surprising at all, she is always like that. After some popcorn, a popsicle, some candy, and prize from games, she felt much better. She didn't want to take pictures with any mascots except for Cocky. My own favorite is the Chick-fil-a cow.

All the kids were happy, and so were the adults.
